Has this former DM&IR facility been closed by CN? Is this really Proctor or Two Harbors?

Bob, That is the old steam RH. They still have a diesel shop where minor repair is still going on.

I believe the Two Harbors RH has been painted white for quite sometime.
That is one clue.
