CNJ 113 Status?

Running along I-81 on Sunday, stopped by Minersville PA to see if there was anything new with CNJ 113. Looks like there's a new trailer next to the engine and another passenger car with a decorated vestibule.

Anybody have any news on this engine?

What's the heritage of the vestibule car immediately across the street from the loco/Station?

There are at least 4 pieces of CNJ equipment on the site: 0-6-0 #113, CNJ business car #98 and two CNJ coaches once at Steamtown.

Do they plan to run from that depot? What are the eventual plans for operation?
